Screen printing is one of the most popular methods of apparel printing and it’s the most widely used method of t-shirt printing. The process involves pushing ink through a woven mesh silk screen stencil onto fabric. 

There are many fabrics suitable for screen printing, making this process the most versatile and economical method of transferring your ideas into an appealing marketing vehicle.

Good for Volumes

Screen printing is the most cost effective branding apparel branding solution if you’re printing many garments.

Finer Detail

Compared with embroidery, screen printing allows for finer detail in your design.

Larger Designs

Works better than embroidery for larger designs, particularly on the back of garments.

Minimum of 12 Garments (same type)

Screen printing cost effective solution for branding larger quantities. Due to the costs of setting up the press for each print run, it is not cost effective for small numbers of prints. Need to print less than 12? No problem, $20 min order fee

Colours

  • Limit of 3 colours max 
  • We use the best match from our STANDARD COLOURS. For an exact match please supply Pantone Colour. $30 for Pantone Mix
  • Each colour in each logo needs its own screen (stencil)
  • When the same screen is used, but a colour is changed during the print, a $20 colour change fee needs to be applied.

Print Size

  • We can print pretty much any size up to A3 (landscape / portrait)
  • Front print normally +- 100mm (depending on dimensions)
  • Back max width 280mm normally
  • Print positioning is no exact science and depends on your preference as well as the garment type and size.

We don’t print on

  • Waterproof garments, fleece, woolly etc.
